Sarah is a highly accomplished Talent Partner with a track record of scaling global companies and building high-performing teams at all stages of growth. With a deep expertise in hiring for diverse roles Sarah brings a wealth of experience to every engagement.

Sarah began her recruiting career on the agency side, where she honed her recruiting skills and mastered the art of candidate and client management. She then went on to build out Engineering, Finance, GTM and HR teams at Warner Bros., Yahoo, and Disney before joining Pinterest in its founding year. At Pinterest, Sarah held several key roles; Founding International Recruiter-where she built and scaled the company's first five International offices and teams around the Globe- Executive Recruiter, Head of Business Recruiting and Principal Recruiter. Partnering closely with the Co-Founder, CEO and the CHRO, Sarah played a pivotal role in helping Pinterest grow from 100 to over 3,000 employees and through its IPO.

In 2022, Sarah founded Mindful Talent, where she and her talent partners apply years of knowledge and deep relationships to a variety of select companies in the tech or tech-adjacent space. With a focus on delivering customized hiring strategies that prioritize transparency, communication, and results, Sarah is committed to building lasting relationships with her clients and candidates.
