    Engage Mindful Talent on a monthly retainer, offering a dedicated number of hours each month to support a range of talent and recruiting services tailored to your needs.

  • Retained search

    This model would apply to one-off searches as an outside firm. 10% of the role(s) projected base salary is paid when the search launches, and 15% of the candidate's offered compensation is paid within 30 days of the candidate's start date.

  • Hourly

    This model would apply to one-off searches as an outside firm. 10% of the role(s) projected base salary is paid when the search launches, and 15% of the candidate's offered compensation is paid within 30 days of the candidate's start date.
